Brandy and Scotchy

Flooded with Love: Brandy's Happy Tail

The Welch family took a chance on a scared flood evacuee and it paid off. Brandy is now the perfect companion to their 10-year-old rabbit, knows tricks and commands, and is affectionate to all people.
Kitten in net 1

The Kitten is Where?

Our Animal Protection and Control officers received a strange call last week. A kitten was tangled up in a soccer net. Sergeant Quinn responded to the call and helped the kitten out of the net and brought her to the shelter to be cared for by the veterinary staff.
Gigi A462726

Gigi Has Come a Long Way to Find You!

Gigi has quite the story! Rescued from a shelter in Florida and cared for by the ASPCA, she’s had a long journey to Larimer Humane Society. After months of medical care and behavioral enrichment, Gigi is ready to find a new family. Although she’s deaf, she is playful and prefers squeaky toys. This 5-year-old, female American Bulldog mix can be yours for $100!
